My name is Raquel Acosta-Armandi and I'm a self-taught cake designer. Creating custom cakes is truly a passion of mine which began when I was a child. My passion did not stop at cakes, but ventured to all kinds of desserts such as cookies, pies, brownies and just about anything worthwhile! I enjoy the challenge of sculpting edible adornments and creating cakes that are stunningly beautiful. My enthusiasm for experimenting with new recipes is ever-growing and I'm constantly looking for innovative and creative ways to bake fabulous cakes and desserts.
